Business leadership is the detailed art of leading an organization towards achieving its goals and objectives. It is a vital aspect of running a successful business and involves the ability to inspire, guide, and motivate a team of individuals to work towards a common goal to advance a business.
A good business leader should possess the necessary qualities and skills to manage people, make great decisions, and adapt to changes in the business environment and society at large.
A good business leader must be; 

VISIONARY: A good business leader is characterised by the possession of a clear and compelling vision for the organization.
He has foresight about the growth of the business and can articulate this vision to the team and create a sense of purpose and direction for team members.

DECISIVE: Business leaders must be able to take decisions in a timely and effective manner. 
They should possess sound judgment and the ability to weigh the pros and cons of each decision and how it impacts the well-being of their business.

COMMUNICATIVE: A good business leader is an effective communicator, both in written and verbal communication. 
He should be able to communicate the business vision clearly and persuasively to all business stakeholders and inspire them towards achieving their goals.

EMPATHETIC: A good business leader is empathetic and able to connect with people on a personal level. They are able to understand and relate to the concerns and challenges of their team members even on the goal.

ACCOUNTABLE: Business leaders should take responsibility for their actions and decisions. They should be accountable to the team, stakeholders, and customers for the processes involved in running the day-to-day activities of the business.

STRATEGIC THINKER: Business leaders should be able to think strategically and develop long-term plans that align with the organization's goals, and factor in ways that ensure smooth delivery. 

FINANCIALLY PRUDENT: A good business leader should have a basic understanding of financial management and be able to make sound financial decisions.
PEOPLE MANAGER: Business leaders should be able to manage people effectively, including recruiting, training, motivating, and retaining staff.
PROBLEM-SOLVER: Business leaders should be able to identify problems and develop effective solutions for that challenges.

TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADER: A good business leader must be a transformational business leader, willing to lead and take up challenges and responsibilities from a transformational standpoint.
